Return Process

  Log into your Buyfreddie account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
